Con el presente auto la Sala Plena de la Corporación resuelve SUSPENDER los términos en el expediente de la referencia, correspondiente al control de constitucionalidad del Decreto Ley 706 de 2017, por el cual se aplica un tratamiento especial a los miembros de la Fuerza Pública en desarrollo de los principios de prevalencia de la inescindibilidad del Sistema Integral de Verdad, Justicia, Reparación y se dictan otras disposiciones.
Se dispone que esta suspensión se mantenga hasta tanto la Corte decida sobre la constitucionalidad del Acto Legislativo 01 de 2017 (Expediente RPZ-003) y de la Ley 1820 de 2016 (Expediente RPZ-001), y decrete la reanudación del presente proceso.

- PRIMERO. SUSPENDER los terminos en el expediente RDL-013, correspondiente al control de constitucionalidad del Decreto Ley 706 de 2017, "Por el cual se aplica un tratamiento especial a los miembros de la Fuerza Publica en desarrollo de los principios de prevalencia e inescindibilidad del Sistema Integral de Verdad, Justicia, Reparacion y se dictan otras disposiciones"
- SEGUNDO. Esta suspension se mantendra hasta tanto la Corte Constitucional decida sobre la constitucionalidad del Acto Legislativo 01 de 2017 (expediente RPZ-003) y de la Ley 1820 de 2016 (expediente RPZ-001), y decrete la reanudacion del proceso RDL-013.
- TERCERO. La Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional realizara las anotaciones correspondientes en los expedientes mencionados.
